About me
I have been practicing yoga since my mid-20s. A member of Yoga Alliance, I earned my 500-hour certification in 2017 from Tranquil Space Yoga in Washington, DC, a pioneer in the DC yoga scene. Since moving to Maine, I have added hiking and climbing mountains to my favorite things. On most weekends, you can find me on the summit of Mt. Battie (my favorite home mountain), with a good cup of coffee and my journal, listening to LoFi or jazz.
